| Definition | IVL method IVL-FLOT - Determination of flotation chemicals used in the mining industry was carried out using a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS). Sample volume was extracted using solid-phase extraction (SPE) columns with a WAX phase (Cleanert PWAX, Phenomenex, WA1506), then eluted with 5/95 (v/v) ammonia (25%)/methanol, and analyzed using an Acquity UPLC BEH C18 column. Final analysis was performed on a Shimadzu LCMS-8050 system, including two gradient pumps (LC-40D x3), an autosampler (SIL-40C X3), and a column oven (CTO-40C).
